If you cannot open your email, it is probably because your password expired.

How to reset your email password when it expires

In this document, the picture for each step listed is located above the steps.

Step 1: On the PC, select Start | All Programs | Accessories | Communications | Remote Desktop Connection. If you don't have that icon, download and install this file. The Remote Desktop Connection comes with Windows XP, but it must be installed on Windows 95/98/ME/2000 and NT.

Step 2: In the "Computer" box, type in "remote.prudentialcranbrookrealtors.com" and then click "Connect"

Step 3: Type in your User ID and Password. Make sure the "Log on to:" box is set to "PCRLOCAL" and then click OK. Use the SAME UserID and password here that you use to access your email. For Example: Ed Steele = esteele and John Smith = jsmith

Step 4: If your password is expired, then the system will prompt you to set a new password. The new password must be 7 characters or more, and should never include any spaces. It is case sensitive - so "Parisfrance" is NOT the same as "parisfrance" - be careful when you type in the new password.

Step 5: After it says your password has been changed, pick Start, then Log Off. Now, your email should once again be accessible as it was for you before.
